Hi all,
I just installed a new rudder-server-root instance
(after having worked on my "old" one for a month)
And stumbled about a buch of probs.

I'm running on a fresh debian buster (with openjdk-11-jdk:amd64
  11.0.5+10-1~deb10u1)

1) on installing rudder-server-root a dpkg postgresql questions pops
up requesting a password to configure a database for rsyslog ... that
fails (since postgres isn't running yet AFAIK) so one has to skip
this.

2) apache2 fails to start due to a broken
/opt/rudder/etc/rudder-networks-24.conf

here's the cat of that file (minus my ips ;-)
---
Require ip 127.0.0.0/8
Require ip ::1
Require ip 127.0.0.1
Require ip <m.y.i.p>
Require ip 127.0.0.1
Require ip <m.y.i.p>/24
Require ip 2:
Require ip ens18
Require ip inet6
Require ip <m:y:i:p:v:6>/64
Require ip scope
Require ip global
Require ip dynamic
Require ip mngtmpaddr
Require ip \ndirectiveVariable: ALLOWEDNETWORK[10]:valid_lft
Require ip
Require ip 604791sec
Require ip preferred_lft
Require ip 86391sec
---

if I delete all lines after line 6 apache2 can be started
and rudder can be accessed

3) I tried to migrate the policies I developed on my "old" instance
to the new instance and failed so far.
I followed the instructions from:
https://docs.rudder.io/reference/6.0/administration/procedures.html#_migration_backups_and_restores
I just now become aware of the different versions, so that might be
the cause here,
is that expected?
"old" version is: rudder-server-root 5.0.14-debian10)
"new version is: rudder-server-root 6.0.0~beta1-debian10

4) In any case, there is a small typo in the description on how to
migrate/restore:
in the backup part you reference with ending .pgsql to the database dump,
while in the restore procedure you call for a file with ending .sql

And last not least, I looked at the "Archive" function on the GUI but
thought it quite limited.
It would be nice if there would be a "simple button" to execute the
above mentioned backupscript, make a resulting tar file downloadable
through the webgui,
AND importable so that a migration/backup could be done through the GUI?

So far for now, will try to install 5.0.14 and see if I got more lucky
with the migration ;-)
