[rudder-users] Unable to remove user techniques from GUI

Hi Team,

Not able to remove User techniques in GUI even after deletion of all the
user techniques from technical editor and also removed from
/var/rudder/configuration-repository/techniques/ncf_techniques
and restarted rudder service.
