[rudder-users] Bugtracker changes

Hello everyone,

You may not have yet noticed that our bugtracker has been refreshed.
First, there is not anymore a bazillion project under Rudder, just one,
named "Rudder".
If you open a ticket, you'll notice some new fields and some update in
the category list.

The new fields are for people able to reproduce the bug, you have fields
to say where you found it and the steps used to reproduce it.

And now, if you open a bug for ncf, you don't have Rudder versions
appearing in the suggestions anymore.

For you information, here is a small description of the available
categories :

*Name*
	*Explanation*
Agent 	Everything specific to the agent and its command line Interface
(for example rudder agent run)
API 	Rudder REST API and its command line interface (for example on a
search API)
Architecture - Dependencies 	Rudder dependencies (for example JDBC)
Architecture - Internal libs 	Rudder internal libraries (for example
scala-ldap, the LDAP API in scala)
Architecture - Refactoring 	Special refactoring needs (for example
rewrite Rudder in haskell)
Documentation 	Rudder's and its API's documentation (for example add a
missing chapter on installing rudder on android)
Initial promises & sys tech 	Rudder agent initial promises that are used
to initialize the node (for example download new rules)
Packaging 	All Rudder packages (for example if you want a Gentoo version)
Performance and scalability 	Performance issues (for example displaying
all of your 100 000 nodes is a bit slow)
Server components 	Rudder multi server setup components (for example the
inventory endpoint)
System integration 	How Rudder integrates with the system (for example
how it configures rsyslog)
Techniques 	Rudder wonderful techniques (for example configuring a
reverse proxy)
Web - Compliance & node report 	Anything node related in the web
interface (for example if the new dashboard is not colorful enough for you)
Web - Config management 	Configuration management from the web interface
(for example in the directives)
Web - Maintenance 	Maintaining Rudder in operational condition and
configuring it (for example if you want to enable change requests)
Web - Nodes & inventories 	The node management tab of the web interface
(for example if your smartwatch is not detected)
Web - Technique editor 	The shiny technique editor interface (for
example if you miss the ability to add smiley to your technique name)
Web - UI & UX 	User interface and user experience (for example if the
display is so fast that you can't see it has updated)
