Hi Cedric,

Everything that have to happen will either:
- be done during the post-install phase of the package upgrade, and it 
should tell you in the console output what is happening, (and just to be 
sure, when asked about config files, you did say that you wanted to keep 
your version ?)
- be done by the webapp after the upgrade, but it should log everything 
that it does in the /var/log/rudder/webapp/2014_06_10.stderrout.log log file

What were the last lines of the log file ?

If you run ps -afux | grep cf- , do you see one line containing cf-execd ?
