The answer will be in the Technique's CFengine part (".st" file of a
Technique).

You can either look directly in the Rudder local techniques repos
(/var/rudder/configuration-repository/techniques), so for Time settings:

  
/var/rudder/configuration-repository/techniques/systemSettings/misc/clockConfiguration/1.0/clockConfiguration.st

Or you can look inline on github repository for techniques :
https://github.com/Normation/rudder-techniques/blob/master/techniques/systemSettings/misc/clockConfiguration/3.0/clockConfiguration.st#L380
for example.
