[rudder-users] Rudder 2.6.2 file copy issue

Hello,

There may be two problems in your configuration of that directive:

First problem : Are you trying to apply this directive on the policy 
server ?
If so, this is not working for now, we have already opened a bug : 
http://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/3581 and it's in technical 
review.
It will be fixed in next version.


Second problem: You have to specify a file as destination, not a directory.
When you use a directory as destination, the file is not copied, and 
permissions are applied to the directory (instead of being applied to 
only one file)
I'll discuss this behavior with Techniques experts, and open a bug if 
this is not an expected behavior.
We should at list document that a file is needed.
So you have to use /test_rudder/soft/sources/httpd/test.toto.txt instead 
of the directory.

We will fix everything that as soon as possible.

Does any of those two ideas explain what you encounter ?
