Hello Cyrille,

There is way "do once" configuration in Rudder (so far).
You define policies that have to be always true on your systems. 
Depending on your needs, what you may want to do is to :
- Check the "Enforce the content of the file" in the directive based on 
Enforce a file content; only for a while (> 10 minutes), then uncheck it 
(probably because you'd like to reset files on your system and do 
something afterward)
- Don't check the "Enforce the content of the file", define the content 
of the file you want to have, and the content of lines you want to remove.

To offer more relevant feedback, could you explain what you are trying 
to achieve ?
