Oh :(

Can you please give me the full output of "sudo apache2ctl configtest",
"ls -hal /etc/apache2/*-enabled/" and what is inside
/var/log/rudder/apache2/error.log ?

I need those to be able to understand what apache really wants. It might
be a misconfiguration or simply an interfering vhost maybe.
