[rudder-dev] Ticket reporting interface downtime

Hello dear Rudder users and developers,

We are scheduling an upgrade for the Rudder project website ticket
reporting utility tonight, in one hour.

During this upgrade, the ticket reporting utility will be unavailable,
for 30m (if lucky) or 1 hour (if not).
