[rudder-dev] new autofs techniques

Hi all,

I've a couple of techniques for managing AutoFS, mounts and maps.  So this 
isn't quite finished yet, it works, but could probably use some improvements.  
I'd appreciate feedback, so please, poke holes in it :D

Reporting is untested, but, uhm, I broke reporting in my Rudder, so can't test 
until I re-install (soon, hopefully).

I used rudder_main.st as filename for the entry point file where rudder/ST 
variables are defined, but I'll be happy to adjust to whatever is decided (re 
the "Best Practises for writing techniques" thread).
