Dear Rudder users,

Today marks the end of the last surviving 3.* Rudder version, since
3.1 branch has come to End of Life

Indeed, when Rudder 4.1.0 was promoted as ESR, in June 2017, we
announced [1] that security corrections and bug fixes would be
provided on the 3.1.* series for a further 6 months, that is until 22th
December 2017. ( or Today if you don't live in the same solar
system / with a different calendar)

We recommend that any installations still using 3.1 to be upgraded
as soon as possible to Rudder 4.1 (esr version) or 4.2 (latest
version) to enjoy new features and ensure your Rudder server is
based on a supported version.
