[rudder-announce] Rudder 4.1.21 released

The Rudder team is very pleased to announce we have just released a new 
version: Rudder 4.1.21.

This is a bug fix release in the 4.1 series and all installations of 4.1 
should be upgraded when possible. Please note the 4.1 series has reach 
end-of-life on the 11th April 2019 and therefore this release will be 
the last 4.1 public release (More details in a following mail about 4.1 
EOL).
