[rudder-announce] [Release] Rudder 3.1.25 ESR is out!

Dear community,

We are very excited to announce the availability of a new version of 
Rudder: 3.1.24.

This is a bug fix release in the 3.1 series and all installations of 
3.1.x should be upgraded when possible. Please note that an EOL date has 
been scheduled on the 22th December 2017, we advice you to upgrade to 
4.1 ESR.

When we release a new version of Rudder it has been thoroughly tested, 
and we consider the release enterprise-ready for deployment.
