[rudder-announce] End-of-life for Rudder 3.1.* - 22th December 2017

Dear Rudder users,

Let me remind you that the end-of-life of the Rudder 3.1 branch is 
coming up soon.

Indeed, when Rudder 4.1.0 was promoted as ESR, in June 2017, we 
announced that security corrections and bug fixes would be provided on 
the 3.1.* series for a further 6 months, that is until *22**th December 
2017*.

Until then, we will provide bug fixes and new releases for this branch, 
but we recommend that any installations still using 3.1 to be upgraded 
as soon as possible to Rudder 4.1.
