[rudder-announce] [Release] 2.11.0~rc1 is out!

Ladies and gentlemen,

We are very excited to announce the availability of a new version of 
Rudder: 2.11.0~rc1.

The ChangeLog is available here:

This software is in "release candidate" status and contains multiple bug 
fixes since since last beta (2.11.0~beta2). If no major bugs are found, 
a "final" release of 2.11.0 will be released next week.

links.
