[rudder-announce] [Release] Rudder 2.11.2 is out!

Dear community,

We are very excited to announce the availability of a new version of
Rudder: 2.11.2

This is a bug fix release in the 2.11 series. All installations of
2.11.x should be upgraded when possible, and it is recommended to
upgrade all pre-2.10 installations to 2.10 as soon as possible to enjoy
the latest features and improvements of a more mature and stable version.

This version principally fixes updating issues in 2.11.1
(Malfunctionning reporting and compliance when upgrading from a pre 2.11
version) and issues with some Techniques, please take a look at the
changelog for details.
